We have finally given up and sent the complaint form in to consumer protection. Dont know if they will do any good but it can't hurt to try.
Spoke to indojet last week and they offered us a credit for when they are back in business. I couldn't help laughing and told them i would never dare risk it again. As i said on a post in late june we were left stranded in Bali for our flight home and had to pay $560 US ($700 AU ) each to virgin to get home. We are trying to get this full price out of indojet but i won't hold my breath. Will let you know if we have any success.
