Beats me.
And don't all houses need repairs?
We built in Legian 20 years ago and the house needs constant maintenance just as our place in NZ does.
Perhaps you live in a cave or rental accommodation so you don't need to worry about maintenance.
You may be Australian and just happened to slip through the cracks in the education system or you may be an immigrant genuinely struggling with your English - very hard to tell.
If you are Australian you may recall a time, not so long ago, when foreigners could not own land in Australia.
Then again, recent Australian history may not be you thing either.
Somebody told me that houses in Sydney accasionally top the $500,000 mark, but then what would a dimwit like me know?
