Never ever ever, even if u were allowed to they would change the ground rules or move the goal posts to suit. And can you please tell me this if the labour costs are nothing compared to Western Standards and all building materials are at least 1/4 of the price why are villas or houses, which by the way will need to be repaired within a few years selling at $500,000usd. Give me a break there must be some idiots out there who have money to burn. Do they ever see you dimwits coming.
