as the hotel accommodation is pretty ordinary. Stayed in July and the people we spoke to who stayed in the hotel owned apartments were not impressed. Our apartment was great. Facilities are also very good (pools, gardens etc).
Agree - don't buy drinks at the hotel as they are expensive, but this is the vase with most hotels.
