Hi

I don't have special needs but I did have an accident in Bali and needed wheelchair assistance on the way home. I returned home Star Class with my husband escorting me.

Crew gave me no special treatment other than a stone cold breakfast.

On landing at Melbourne airport I was asked to remain seated until the whole aircraft disembarked. I was met off the aircraft by a woman with a wheelchair. This is a long story so I won't go into it again, however, the bottom line is the wheelchair assist woman dumped my husband and I after we got our luggage... rending my husband having to push me with one hand and the luggage trolley in another.

I have made an official complaint to Jetstar and you guessed it!! no reply. All I want is an apology and that woman to be retrained in wheelchair assisting.

We are travelling again next month and I shall have my eyes peeled for her as I want to get her name.
