in a private apartment in club bali residence, so dealt with owner nothing to do with hotel. Pool is excellent for smaller kids, we went in june took our kids, Josh turned 2 in july and lissy turns 5 this october and was just fine for them, they loved the toddler pool and even swam in the big pool with floaties and swimming ring. Look they all say it is too far to walk but its only a 5 min walk if that and the kids loved the walk to the pool and back, it was exciting for them each time we did it, and that as around 5 times a day so no hassle at all!
