I agree that maybe Manik have been scammed also. I guess at the end of the day if the irons are useless, I would send them back to her and have them exchanged- better that than nothing right?? I know its not to answer you are looking for but unfortunately being in Bali its a bit hard to get consumer affairs to fight it for you. I would send her an email- may be easier to state your case that way. I would most certainly be kicking up a stink about it. Good luck!! :-)
