And was very unhappy with their response. I told the girl that the iron wasn't turning on at all and she said the owner wasn't in and to call back after 5pm. Never mind that I'm in Australia and calling Indonesia. So I called back after 5pm and she still wasn't in, I wanted to leave my number so she could call ME back but the girl said just to call back the next day. Which I did, and the owner was with a client. This time I said I'm leaving my number and she can return my call. 3 days later and still no phone call. So I called back and the owner answered. She told me they no longer sell GHD's because they had too many faults with them. When I told her that my GHD was fake she was very defensive and said it's not possible but said if I send it back to her she will send me a new one but it may take over a month to order. I didn't want another fake. I wanted my money back but she said she could not do that. Very dodgy if you ask me!
