Will require you to show an ongoing or return ticket to any country requiring a visa to enter or they will not let you fly. they are responsible in some cases for flying you back out if you are refused entry to the country you have been transported to.
If you have an onward flight you use this ticket to leave,if you have a return ticket you use this to fly home but if you have a one way ticket the carrier has to fly you home and may not get paid for it you becomes there responsibility.
