Amed v Candidasa

Can I get a little info please. How far is Candidasa from Kuta, and then how far further to Amed - driving time that is? Which is better to stay at, and for how long? Am thinking of 2 or 3 nights in Candi, then onto Amed for same same? What are peoples thoughts please? Any must see's?
