tailor could also be classified as a dressmaker & be exactly what you are looking for.Aristo from Merry's Collection is just great.Over the years he has made me from scratch & also copied many formal after 5 outfits as well as casual & work clothes. He has even made perfect copies for me of designer label clothes that are still in great condition after 5 years wear.If you search the archives you will find his contact details as well as positive commments from other people who have been to him.

As with even Aussie tailors & dressmakers he may not have samples of each & every single type of fabric in a huge range of colours for you on the first day you call into see him but he can source colour swatches & samples to show you very quickly. He has done this for me before when I had specific colours & fabric in mind.
It may even be a good idea to email him before you leave to give him a bit of an idea as to the type of fabric & colours you prefer.I am confident that you would be very happy with his workmanship as well as his prices. If you do go to see him mention my name & that you belong to BTF.I recommend that you go to see him on Day 1 to make sure he has time to make everything you want, especially if you wish to have numerous items made.
