Best place to buy a surfboard

Want to buy a second hand surfboard in Bali for my daughter. Can anybody tell me where the best place to buy one. Also not sure of the size as she is only 14 not a big build. Cant remember if they said to get a 7ft board - may be wrong. Also how much to pay
