she signed a contract then she is bound to proceed with her purchase. Obviously no-one would agree with the standover tactics that have followed her refusal to pay but, as someone who has been to many timeshare presentations, 'won' and used free accommodation, I don't see the issue here. Yes there is pressure to purchase but ultimately nobody forces you to sign. You just say no.
