It looks like there will be a VIP stooge standing in line and as he will be at the front of the line well before you get off the plane he will graciously allow the tourist behind him to step in front of him. This will happen until there is a line up of VIP VOA stooges waiting in line at the counters allowing tourists to step in front. What a farce! I will report back on this next week.
