Emails were not answered because manager left due to sickness.
Manager was using a different email address to the one on the website.
Nobody else could access email bookings once manager left.
Nobody in the hotel new how bookings were booked in except the manager who left.
The staff were running this place the way it suited them not the owner who had no idea what rooms were occupied or empty
The staff are no longer happy as they have to do some work as all rooms are full for the first time ever!
They are now being watched by the owner and his partner to make sure everything is above board,no more dvd hiring by the cleaner on the side,washing being done for outside guests,cheaper rooms for returning guests etc.
It was much better when the original manager was in charge,the hotel was run to keep both guests and staff very happy.
It is also out pricing itself with second floor rooms being charged at 400,000 same as poolside rooms last week.
When the rooms poolside were 300,000 and staff were happy this was a great little hotel.
Like any place that has a change in management,It changes!
I don't believe that the original manager was pocketing any money from this hotel on the side,i just believe he run the place at less than full capacity to keep everybody happy! They are having trouble keeping the pool clean with the amount of kids using it now!
The relaxed atmosphere has gone for good if you ask me.
