Used to be a super place to stay - all changed! Owners woman (who should not be working) follows staff and guests around harassing daily. Each room has large fridge and they object to you bringing in out side items to consume in your room - continuous rows at desk as they refuse to honour confirmed bookings made by email. Most of the Office staff totally un trained and speak read and understand very little English. Suggest you register your confirmation with the Embassy and nail these unethical people who have turned a previous paradise into the ground. Very little repairs done and a lot needs doing - over worked lovely Staff. If you have a booking here try to confirm by phone or fax all the antique pair can cope with. Guest last night asked for downstairs room he had booked and the Woman said "NO and if you do not like upstairs Buggar off!" So this is the care you can expect - I was fixing departing friends backpack and heard this - we have moved out and found more honest Owners. Please double check to avoid a very rude awareness and a huge hike in price! The ONLY way is phone (good luck making yourself understood) or fax.
