That is not until 10th September!

What happened to those who were promised 6 Weeks from date of return of tickets to IndoJet? Have their refund dates also been brought forward to 10th September?

At least they have finally up-dated their Website:
Indojet Asia Update 30 July 2009

30 July 2009

Further to our advice posted 29 Jun 2009. Indojet Asia Pty Ltd will be suspending Services until the end of November 2009. The company has made this decision to minimize the impact on passengers as a result of the upcoming peak holiday season of this year and the unavailability of a suitable carrier at this time.

Indojet Asia is a charterer and does not operate an airline. Indojet Asia chartered aircraft to fly the Perth - Denpasar - Perth route from Ozjet Airlines who have recently been put under external administration. As a result , the situation has been further exacerbated by the Ozjet administrator, in relation to the appropriate paperwork being released.

As such Indojet Asia has decided to suspend services in order to enable Indojet Asia's resources to be utilized in sourcing another charter arrangement, with a suitable carrier.

Indojet Asia aims to be fully operational by September 2009 with a plan to have flights in Operation by December 2009 onwards.

Please check our website on a regular basis for further updates.

Boy, if you returned your ticket for refund when services were originaly suspended, you wouldn't have wanted to be holding your breath in anticipation of your refund!
