This is the return email I got from Indojet after I emailed them to cancel my flights for the next school holidays.

Thank you for your email.
IndoJet Asia Pty Ltd have temporarily suspended services until end of November 2009. The management have proposed this course of action to minimise the uncertainty of flight timings and to minimise the impact on the passengers as a result of the upcoming peak holiday season of the year and the unavailability of alternative carriers to transport IndoJet's passengers.

We confirm, that your IndoJet tickets under the Booking Reference XXXXX will be fully refunded.
Due to the overwhelming enquiries and refund requests we have received, the refund process can take up to 6 weeks from the date of notification, 30 July 2009.
As we do have only 2 ways of refunding passengers tickets, either with credit card facility or cheque, but to a certain daily limit, please advise us of your mailing address and if your Credit Card details have changed.

The refund will be done either via credit card or cheque. You will be notified, as soon as your refund has been processed.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Kind regards,

Customer Service

So, let's see if they are true to their word! I'm an optomist, so I will wait patiently for my FULL REFUND. The pessimist side of me booked 4 more airline tickets with another carrier during the week, which ended up being approx $150 cheaper than IJ.

Hope this helps some people.
