VOA VIP NERVOUS TRAVELLER

I was wondering if teh "bali concierge" VIP service is still cancelled. I fly out in 3 weeks and was hoping to use this service. I have been several times however I am very nervous as I will be taking my toddler. Is anyone else in the same boat? I keep changing my mind whether to go or not :(
