Hadi and his collegues line up in the VOA line for you but as for immigration, well you have to line up yourself because new rule is that you have to get your own passports stamped.
so not sure where the real value is in this.....they still have to queue up in VOA line just like anyone else...only thing is you wouldn't have to personally stand there if that makes sense.
You are not taken to a room with refreshments.
