KP email response time ?

Hi All,Trying get a response/comfirmation by email from Desi re our booking later this year.I spoke to her direct by phone 2 weeks ago and booked our rooms and gave her c/c details at the time,I have now emailed 3 times still trying to get a comfirmation.How long is normal for a KP response.
