Hi she can cancel flights depending whom it is booked with and there would be a cancellation fee, as for the rest of it that is absolute rubish.. go above her to the Manager and if it isnt resolved she can cancel the one nights accom if you arent travelling like tomorrow or anything, if the airline told you that she could cancel then she can looks like she is telling you porkies!! dont book anything through her and cancel your flights if the manager doesnt help then go above to the head office, these companies dont pay for your accom in full until your about to travel so the money paid for any acomm sits in their trust account earning interest!! thats why they get you to pay asap for example if acomm was 1000 and you had paid that money sits in their trust account until a few days before you travel thats when they have to pay the wholesalers!!
