Indonesia uses the two round pin plugs like Europe. If you need an adaptor, you can buy them cheaply in Bali. Many hotels have them available if you ask, as guests often leave them behind.
As for Barong hotel, I have a feeling you may be too late to book for this August/September. Many of the more popular hotels are already booked solid for the next few months. I'm sure you would easily find somewhere to stay in the same area though, and there are plenty of people here who can offer suggestions of places to try.
The tour you linked to looks pretty good and not too bad on price. It's hard to tell if the accomodation cost is included or if they just make the reservation for you. I'd be checking that out before booking. You could probably hire your own driver and do a similar trip and have more personal control of things you wish to see or miss but if you like the idea of an organised tour, it seems alright to me.
