Hi Guys,
I'm totally new to Bali and am due to fly out on the 26th of August (from London) staying in Bali until the 10th September. I was after as many tips as possible being my first visit to Bali.
I have seen a deal for barong hotel in Kuta (thinking of booking for first 2 nights to avoid hassle) which includes picking us up from the airport, massages, free entry to a club, breakfasts, rooms with aircon etc for 2 people $147, is this a good deal?
I know we can get much cheaper when we hit the hostels on Poppies (so I have read), does anyone recommend any? We'll probably head there after a couple of days.
Also, has anyone been on a really good tour? We have found one that seems too good to be true (see link: http://www.nakbali.com/three-day-two-night-bali-tours/) I think this would be just the two of us, does anyone know of group tours we can join? Would be good to meet new people.
Finally, what kind of plug sockets do they have? UK are very different to the rest of Europe!
