one company who are 'authorised' to do the VIP VOA. it so happens that the owner of this company knows people at the airport, and this is how they set up their lounge - through connections.
i know that as i have the story from the horses mouth.
to be honest, the whole thing is not legal, and the only way that they can do it is because they are paying a hefty kickback to the immigration blokes.
not to worry about the company, though, as they also run many other travel agencies on the island.
personally, i do not believe that the temporary closure has anything to do with the current immigration scam. i think it is more to do with security.
