booked flights online using my mums credit card, she got a call from the bank to verify that she was aware of the payment, she told them it was ok.
I have been emailed the Travel Itinerary, with payment reciept, the thing is my mum cant see any money deducted from her credit account, she has contacted the bank and they say nothing from airasia has come out.
I rang airasia and they said it has been paid! Does it take a while for the payment to show up on her statement, has anyone eles encountered this situation before?
I dont want to get to the airport to find it hasnt been paid, that would suck!
