I recently had my card skimmed in Perth after I let my guard down once. That's another story but it made me very conscious of my other cards. My Air Asia deduction had not shown up on my internet banking so I rang the bank and they confirmed that four amounts for Air Asia were waiting on approval. (INitial fare purchase and then one week later, extra baggage purchase and then two seat selection purchases. - My fault these ended up as three later transactions.) My bank had approved them but was waiting on Air Asia's merchant to approve them as well. MY credit card statement turned up four days later with the later Air Asia payments but not the first fare. Go figure.
