I would be a very unhappy passenger if that had happened to me, particularly if one of the principal reasons for booking the cruise was to stop in Bali- even if for only a short time.
Regardless of the Cruise Company's reasons for making the change it shows me that they lack both professionalism and credibility.
Surely they would have had contact numbers for boarding passengers and could have at least shown them the courtesy of advising in advance of the change.
