I bought my new granddaugher Pyjamas (for new borns) at Clandys in Tuban - I was very surprise my daughter actually liked them because she is only into designer gear eg Country Road, Fred Bear etc
There is a baby shop in Centro that I have picked up a few bits and pieces. Matahari can be hit and miss depends on your likes.
I also bought some lovely baby towels at Centro & Clandys
