Yes i tend to agree, Thailand is now after the almighty dollar at any cost, prices have risen way beyond the rate of inflation and many business industries are jumping on the bandwagon as Thailand tries to take advantage (no genuine smiles anymore) as the average Thai tries to cash in while the going is good, but for how much longer ?.
