I think it depends on the room type you are staying in at the Dynasty as to whether breakfast is included or not. I believe breakfast it is included with superior room and deluxe rooms garden facing. All other room types I think you would have been charged for. Agent should be able to tell you how much extra per person you have paid. Check the Dynasty's website because it states how much the vouchers for breakfast are.
