New at this-Brekky at Dynasty

Have booked a stay at the Dynasty in October for 2A/2K with brekky included. Can't get hold of my travel agent to find out, so can anyone tell me if the deal is that kids under 12 eat free when an adult pays? I know this is how it works for some other meals eaten their, just didn't know if it applied to pre paid brekky? Thanks in advance
