and loved the accommodation. The grounds are very well laid out and the pool area is gorgeous. My youngest son loved the kids club (he was fortunate enough to be involved in a number of traditional ceremonies as well as Chinese New Year - they renamed him Wayan Lachlan). It is a pleasant stroll to Bali Collection (or you can get the shuttle bus if you'd prefer). The staff are fantastic. Oldest son hired a push bike every couple of days and road around the Nusa Dua area. Gave him a sense of freedom. Very little traffic. Husband hired a scooter as well and just parked it with all of the staff bikes.
Laundry is expensive at the hotel but their are a few laundries around (just need to head out from the hotel from the back entrance and turn right).
Breakfast was lovely although quite expensive if not included in room rate. We found the dinner menu quite limited and slightly overpriced for what you get. You can eat at Bali Collection or any of the restaurants near by.
Even though it is not on the beach you can get the 'golf buggy' to drop you off there and it really is worth taking the time to go to their beach club area. They have towels, bar, food menu and once again, brilliant staff.
You will have a great time ... maybe not the most budget of a holiday ... but it is a holiday!!! Enjoy
