Have been using it for years as I suffer with sinus problems that invariably became infected. Use the Fess spray as frequently as possible as it is drug free & really does the trick.
We also turn the little overhead air con valve off as soon as we get on the plane & also turn the room aircon to around 24 degrees at night time.
It may be a bit drastic, but I take Glen 23 & thoroughly spray the aircon filter in the room. (There is a new spray out that is supposed to better that Glen 23, but haven't tried it yet).
This may seem a bit over the top for some people, but if you have suffered as many sinus infections as I have, you will do anything to avoid them!! We also take strong antibiotics with us, but being bringing them back home again for years now as I stick to my precautions.
