we have just got back and we were paying our driver 250,000 for 3-4 hours and 400,000 6-7 hours and on a day he took us to ubud and around the country side we paid him 500,000 which i think is fair it depends what you are comfortable paying but i think we forget that 100,000 extra is only $12.50.i have seen people bargain 5,000 and i think its 62c that you are bargaining down,come on guys lets be fair we spend so much on airfares and accommodation and then we worry about cents.but we don't blink an eyelid when we spend so much on shopping and eating out, spending 300,000 on one meal drinks and food for 2.
i have been many times to bali and this time i have noticed with a lot of things that there have gone up to what it was a year ago.
