I was meant to be on the Saturday Indojet flight back from Bali, called on Friday to their Perth office to see what was going on for the return (as they hadn't contacted me)- they said we'll get back to you (left mobile + hotel details).

Come Friday night, no answer. Come Saturday, no answer (not working on weekends). Oh no.

Try Kuta office, no answer. Hotel kindly calls every 20mins for 3 hours, finally get through, we're on the 2am Monday Garuda flight (which we can't do since working 8am Monday). Let them know this, they call back 2 hours later saying they've cancelled our flight, we can book with Virgin and get a refund.

I understand they are struggling for cash/service but this is just poor.
