We just got back from the Isle of Smiles on the 16th also. Used Hadi for VIP VOA (first time we had done this) It was fantastic, however i know what you are saying about the time taken to get passports back, my daughter was stressing at me for letting someone take our passports but all was good in he end. We did have trouble however finding our pre arranged transport out the front but Hadi actually tracked it down for me, I am however a bit confused as you mentioned that Hadi was a man, the Hadi i met was female. I was expecting a man and said as much but her helper and Hadi assured me that no she was definately the Hadi i had emailed. Bizarre!
