It is now archived, but if you go to JBR 5th April to 20th April, we did use this service. For us, we booked throught Netfare which is a travel agent here in Sydney. It is all above board. We paid before we left, were met as soon as we exited the aircraft and taken to the airconditioned lounge,I don't beleive it was a departure lounge. Had drinks and pastries, yes we did hand our passports, visa money, tickets with luggage tags attached. There were 17 people in our group, the whole process took no more than 20 minutes. Our bags were retrieved, our passports and tickets returned and we were personally escorted, while they also carried all of our luggage to our transfer. Everyone said it was the ONLY way to go from now on. No queing up. We also have kids. This VIP service has been around for some time, wish I had known sooner. Hope this clarifies it for you.
