Hubby & kid Indo citizens, I need VOA?

MY husband and daughter (3 years old) are Indonesian citizens but I am not and need to get a VOA. So How do we do this the quickest way and all go through immigration together? I was thinking I could get VIP VOA but then would we be separated and he might have issues going throuhg immigration on his own with her? Can I go through the locals line with them and get my VOA there?
Any other families like us out there who have some good advice on the best and quickest way to go through immigration at Denpasar?
