They are at reception so no real privacy but you could move to a more "private" area.
I think you can add your own lock (not real sure)
When you have your box the staff carry on and do their normal business, so no one stays with you specifically.
1 key which you hold (if you lose it $25 US to replace(it was $100 US)).

I have stayed there 8 times and have never had a problem regarding the safes or anything else for that matter.
