As I said I have stayed there 8 times without any problem and I intend staying there again. They advise you that breakfast starts at 7 which is true there is tea/coffee and fruit available, however the egg cook works on Bali time (rubber time) which means she will appear sometime between 7 and 7:30 can be a bit annoying if you are being picked up early. It doesn't worry me though as I adopt rubber time as soon as I land.
