people have no idea of just how much work T.A.'s do and very often for no gain.
Of course they are entitled to keep deposits and what they see fit for costs of cancellations, faxes, emails, ticketing, time etc.
Look how many brag about how they get a TA to do all the leg work, keep getting them to come down in price and then go elsewhere.
Sorry you lost money Horrie, but at least you will get better accommodation that you can thoroughly research first.
