BGH Rooms facing street

Hey everyone,

Im off to bali staying at the BGH from end of july till august cant wait :)

anyways me and bf had booked for a deluxe room facing the water/pool but have just been told our rooms were overbooked and must stay in a normal room facing the street.

Has anyone stayed in the rooms across from streets etc? Im worried they may not be that good with noise / facing the shops.
