I have used a pram twice for my son, was 12 months the first time and 2 the second time. I didn't take my 3 wheeler as it is too wide for those narrow path ways, people would have to step out on the street just so you could get past. I bought a small one that folds up to hardly anything, can be taken on board the plane as carry on, only weighs 4.5 kilos. I mostly checked it through though or kept it until we boarded. Problem is it doesn't lay back as your baby is still young. Not sure what you should do. I would never take a 3 wheeler to Bali. Too hard getting in and out of taxis fast. A 3 wheeler would be ideal for the high kerbs and the 'terrain' as you put it. I guess it has both negatives and positives. I did see other people with 3 wheelers.
