bad news but the streets of Bali is no place for a pram. I tried it years ago but gave up.. Luckily my child was able to sit on my husband's shoulders or be carried.. It was just so difficult to try and negotiate the footpaths. The kerbs are double the height of ours and more often than not there's gaping holes that you have to constantly look out for. The paths aren't as wide as ours either so makes it hard if someone wants to pass you. The sidewalk along the beachfront would be ideal though as it's more like our cycle ways in some parts. It'll be good for when you're in a restaurant for sleeping etc... but I think the best way would be to taxi to and fro. If you child is small enough for one of those sling type things or a back pack - I think that would be ideal. I'm sure you'll have a great time anyway.
