Jayakarta full help

Hi One and all. I have just tried to book some rooms at the Jayakarta for Sept and they inform me that they are full. Having been there before that sounds unrealistic. I think I need help. If they are full has anyone got ideas od a similar place, similar size resort at similar cost?????
