Perama has an office in Mataram but not at the Airport. You could go to their office in Mataram or arrange to be picked up from the Airport. Perama also has an office in Jalan Legian in Kuta Bali where you can arrange your transport from Mataram Airport.

When I was in Lombok last year, the coastal road north was blocked by a landslide., the Perama bus had to travel inland through a monkey forest.
Eventually, we reached the small port of Teluk Nara which is south of Bangsal. We waded to a 20‘ boat then headed to GT through two metre high waves. The face of one of the Australian ladies onboard took on the colour of her green top.
Perama owns all their buses and boats. When you want to leave Gili Trawangan, there is a Perama office near the pier.
