Transport from Mataram airport to gili t

Hi,8 of us are staying on gili trawangan in July and wonder if anyone could recommend easy transfer options. Should we go to Bangsal harbour, Lembar, or charter boat from Sengiggi. I am a bit nervous about Bangsal Harbour We got merpati air flights for 325000 each way.
Also are there many 8 seater taxies in Lombok like there are in Bali to get from the airport.
