don't mean to be negative but volunteers are often not taken on in short term situations as it is really more trouble than it is worth to teach someone what is required of them and then for them to leave after a week or so. many organisations now charge volunteers which is a genuine reflection of the time and effort it takes to train and oversee volunteers.
a good option may be to go to a local school and ask if your teens can help out with sports or similar during the week. Often teacher sin Indonesia struggle to introduce sporting activities as it is not part of their training
