I am sorry Heatherbelle but I totally disagree with you that she would not honour what she has said and to say that more stones will fall out. That could happen in Aust and would you be so harsh on them as well. I had my ring made by her in 1998 I told her exactly what I wanted because my engagement ring is an usual design when I got it it was perfect and I still have the same ring and I have never had any problems with it and I also got I valued here and it worth a lot more than I was charged. I returned to Bali after staying away for 6 years and it was only by chance as we were staying at the Bali Rani and I just happened to be looking at the jewellery when she came and spoke to me first after all those years she hadn't forgotten. I believe she would be true to her word and fix the problem but she has to be given the opportunity first.
